I. INTRODUCTION
Supervised industrial training is one method by which students is given a chance to apply the theories and computations that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting. Colleges and universities require their students to undergo such training within a specific number of hours as part of the curriculum. For the students, an supervised industrial training provides opportunities to go through the actual methodologies of a specific job using the real tools, equipments and documents. In effect, the workplace becomes a development venue for a student trainee to learn more about his chosen field and practice what he has learn from the school. I had my supervised industrial training at ENOMOTO PHILIPPINES MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY it is a precision component manufacturer principally of LED lead frames and has production bases in Japan, China, Singapore and the Philippines.ENOMOTO has been developing and producing LED lead frames for 35 years.Today, it supplies high quality LED lead frames to the foremost LED manufacturers in Japan, as well as top quality LED manufacturers abroad. I.
II. Job performed in the company I was assigned at plastic molding department as machine roller operator . I operated an Injection molding machine, also known as an injection press, is a machine for manufacturing plastic products by the injection molding process. It consists of two main parts, an injection unit and a clamping unit. In my first day
