NARRATIVE AND PICTORIAL REPORT
Technical assistance is one of the key professional activities provided by the City Schools Division in giving each of the school the support and guidance they needed in identifying problems and finding the right solutions for a more effective organization.
San Miguel Elementary School participated in the simultaneous conduct of school based field technical assistance last Wednesday, 21 January 2014. Prior to the conduct of the said activity, the school head together with the School Field Technical Assistance Team convened at the office on Tuesday, 20 January 2015. The team had a focus group conversation to plan for the smooth conduct of the activity. Each member took part in sending the invitation letters to the community stakeholder participants and preparing the necessary forms needed and the venue for the monitoring.
At 1:00 PM of January 21, 2015, the School Field Technical Assistance Team (SFTA) led by Mrs. Leticia T. Lopez, Principal IV and the overall chairman of the School Field Technical Assistance Team and Dr. Rochelle I. Pacatang, Master Teacher I and chairman of SFTA Team simultaneously conducted the following:

Subsequent to all the activities, at 4:00 PM, the SFTA Team together with the grade three teachers convened at the Principals Office for the exit conference.
The School Field Technical Assistance (SFTA) team monitoring has been an interesting experience on the part of the pupils, teachers, community stakeholders especially for the SFTA Team. It provided opportunity for the monitors to assess the extent of K to 12 Basic Education Program implementation, difficulties encountered by pupils and teachers which will serve as basis for employing positive interventions and or solutions.
