Evaluation submitted upon member's transfer to USS HARRY S TRUMAN (CVN 75). EXHIBITS THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF LEADERSHIP, PROFESSIONALISM, AND INTEGRITY! - Exceptional Leader. Led the production of 13 work centers and 96 technicians performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 2,279 SE assets. Efforts ensured 100% SE availability for 21 squadrons and three tenant commands.
- Brilliant Resource Manager. Meticulously coordinated issue and receipt of 156 SE items. Efforts received personal recognition from NAS Oceana’s CO and CNRMA’s Event Coordinator during the 2015 NAS Oceana Air Show. Astute Maintenance Manage spear-headed the integration of FRCASE Designated Repair Point into FRCMA enabling level III repair capability
and completion of over 30 reworked SE items.
- Committed to Sailorization. Inspired personal and professional milestones, career planning led to 95% PFA pass, 46% advancement and 90% retention rates.
- Active in the CPO Mess. Personally, trained and mentored 84 FCPO and 45 newly selected CPO’s teaching the critically relevant traits of teamwork and resilience.
