- PERSISTANT MANAGER. Personally built a rapport with NAS Oceana PSD and aggressively coordinated all day-to-day communications. Instrumental to a 99 percent accuracy rate of 1275 personnel transactions submitted through Transaction Online Processing Systems (TOPS).
- TEAM PLAYER. Played a key role in the training of three junior personnel. Her dedicated mentorship facilitated the work center’s flawless processing of 575 check-in and check-outs, and resulted in one advancement in rate in a highly competitive advancement cycle.
