Throughout this week I choose to track my sleep patterns I learned many things but also was left slightly puzzled. When it came to some of the results and varying energy levels. I started on Monday (02/20/2016) I ended up sleeping a total of 5 hours and 30 minutes which isn’t a lot of sleep. I woke up and felt groggy which isn’t uncommon for me. I’ve always had a hard time waking up in the mornings. Throughout the day I felt tired, I had a hard time focusing and just wanted to sit around.
