Naval Hospital Bremerton Case Study
Sir, I have not had the chance to extend you my appreciation for your guidance and tutelage upon arrival to Naval Hospital Bremerton. There is nothing like feeling valued within a command. You gave me several directives upon arrival: 1. Bridge the gap between the Comptroller and MMD; 2. Ensure that the Asst. Department Head receive some good Materiel training and good mentorship; 3. Get involve within the command; and 4. Look for educational opportunities that would be of benefit to attend.

As for the items of guidance and direction listed above; I believe MMD is well on its way and will continue to improve. We will continue to look for opportunities to help NHB excel on a strategic level. In reference to item #4; I will plan for those
