Today, we are here to present to you about Ninh Binh.
My presentation’s divided into 7 part. I will start Geography, then I will look at Food and Drink. Next, Vân Anh will talk to you about Sightseeing . Finally, Quỳnh Anh will talk about Entertainment and Transport.
Now, Geography:
Ninh Bình is a province of Vietnam, in the Red River Delta region of the northern part of the country.
Ninh Bình is divided into one city (Ninh Bình), one town (Tam Điệp) and six districts: Gia Viễn, Hoa Lư, Kim Sơn, Nho Quan, Yên Khánh, Yên Mô.
As you can see in slide, it’s bordered by Hòa Bình and Hà Nam to the north, Nam Định to north-east, Thanh Hóa to the south and west.
Talking about Ninh Binh’s climate. Ninh Binh lies in the intertropical monsoon zone. There are four seasons, including spring, summer, autumn and winter. The mean annual temperature is about 23 degree C with lowest temperature ranging from 13 oC to 15 oC in January and with highest temperature of 28.5 oC in July. The total hours of sunshine annually are more than 1,100 hours.
With over 1,400km2 of natural area, Ninh Binh’s topography comprises three different types of landscapes: wetlands, coastal delta, hills and mountains
With such a variety of landscapes, Ninh Binh offers many tourist attactions which have been welknown inside and outside Vietnam such as Tam Coc – Bich Dong, Cuc Phuong National Park, Trang An.

Ninh Binh has many specialty food and drink such as: Tái Dê or Rare Goat, Kim Son wine, Com Chay ( Rice Crust), Yen Mac fermented pork roll ( Nem Chua Yen Mac), Gia Vien tiny shrimp sauce…
All of them are attractive to both Vietnamese and foreign tourists.
In recent years, Nem chua is best known to the expatriate community and international tourists who have taken an interest in Vietnamese cuisine.
