To further enhance the abilities of the students and to prepare on which career to choose, the Department of Education organized National Career Assessment Examination for 3rd year High School students. In connection with this, 114 students of PSU Laboratory High School took the said exam on August 29.
Four rooms of the Laboratory High School were occupied by the examiners. Meanwhile, the examination started at 8:00 in the morning and finished at 3:00 in the afternoon. NCAE covers English, Mathematics, Science and Filipino. On previous years, National Career Assessment Examination is given to 4th year students but it was changed this year due to the K-12 Curriculum.
PSU-LHS gained 1st Place in Street Dancing Competition We are the Champion! Selected 1st year to 3rd year High School students joined the Street Dancing Competition on June 22, in accordance with the upcoming Goa Town Fiesta. The said competition was held annually. However, the Parade’s route started off at PSU, Goa campus going to the town for the contest proper. Meanwhile, the Street Dancing Competition is divided into Two Categories; (1st) School Entry, (2nd) Barangay Entry. They bring such a great pride for the PSU-LHS students to make it to the top and together with their respective coaches, Mrs. Ma. Conchita Sol Atole & Mrs. Lanie Peteza.
Partido Clarion staffers bragged awards in SSSPC To enhance their journalistic ability, 13 staffers triumphed places during the Sectoral Secondary Schools Press Conference held last October 9, 2012 at Don Servillano Platon Memorial National High School, Tinambac, Camarines Sur, wherein they qualified to compete in the Division Level. Joyce Marie Yu, Rona Shane Belaro and Carla Patriarca grabbed 1st places for News Writing Filipino, News Writing English, and Photojournalism Filipino, correspondingly.
