Negative Contact Observation

On the above listed date and time, I arrived on scene and spoke with R. MILLER and C. MILLER. I obtained all the above listed information to complete this report. While speaking to the victim, I did not observe any visible bruises or marks on his person. The complainant and victim advised they wish not to pursue charges at the time. They advised they would handle this manner within the school that the victim attends. Both parties were advised this incident would be documented. Officers patrolled the area to attempt to make contact with the
OFFENDER. Negative contact was made. OFC. PHELAN did speak with several persons of interest related to this manner, see his supplement. I conducted a driver license and warrants check on the names provided
to me by OFC. PHELAN, and I was not able to obtain any personal information nor address's on several of the subjects. No arrest was made in to assault because the victim didn't want to pursue charges.
