This project consist on H&M internal situational analysis in Great Britain. H&M is one of the biggest clothes retailer in Great Britain market. Analysis consist on an organizational structure, current market situation, different types of model (PEPS, SWOT, 4P’s, Chain value supply and etc.) H&M current marketing strategy is to attract people by low prices, but at the best quality, using famous designers and limited-edition products. We used models like 4P’s model, which describes about H&M products, price, promotion and place. SWOT analysis shows H&M weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats. It show, that they can improve, to turn weaknesses into their strengths. The Pets analysis describes companies political, economical, technological, socio-ideological context. It describes a framework of macro-environmental factors used in the environmental scanning component of strategic management. H&M value chain analysis consist on design - raw material – fabric processing– manufacturing - transport –marketing-sales –use- service. H&M corporate management head office is based in Stockholm. The main departments is marketing, finance and administration, operation, technical. H&M are using the hierarchical structure. Suggestion is that, the H&M should use different type of organizational structure for example : the matrix grouping. Organizational structure improvements should consist on internal triggers like, process factors. H&M is already at a good level and it is developed enough to compete with one of the best brands and to be No. 1 in the world.
