Goal Attack
Before the start of the game the Goal attack is using the aerobic system predominantly as they are standing there breathing waiting for the game to start. Then eg, They sprint to retrieve a pass, ATP-PC system is being used as the predominant source. Then if they continuing to keep running for more than 15 seconds lactic acid is being predominantly used.
For the overall game they will be using the aerobic system but if a high intensity effort is needed for eg, Spriting then shooting the latic acid system would come into interplay but the aerobic would stay the main contributer. In the quarter time/half time, they should have replenished most/ if not 98% of her PC stores. Then it starts over again.
Goal Keeper
At the start of the game the Goal keeper is using the aerobic system predominantly as they are standing there breathing waiting for the game to start. Then eg, They sprint and jump to defend the ball, ATP-PC system is being used as the predominant source. Then if they continuing to keep running for more than 15 seconds lactic acid is being predominantly used.
For the overall game they will be using the aerobic system but if a high intensity effort is needed for eg, Spriting to intercept the latic acid system would come into interplay but the aerobic would stay the main contributer. In the quarter time/half time, they should have replenished most/ if not 98% of her PC stores. Then it starts over again.
Centre
At the beginning of the game the centre is using the aerobic system predominantly as they are standing there breathing waiting for the game to start. Then eg, They makes a pass then sprints to move for the ball, ATP-PC system is being used as the predominant source. Then if they continuously keeps running for more than 15 seconds lactic acid is being predominantly used.
Replenishing all their PC stores at 100% (takes 3 mins rest stationary), that is predominantly using the Lactic Acid system for the short
