About the Authors

Rosalie Murphy is a graduate from the University of Cebu in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I am currently enrolled at Tarleton State University and should graduate in May of 2012 with a Master's of Science in Computer and Information Systems.

Jonathan Kisor has 20 plus years of experience in the financial industry. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management from Texas Christian University and will obtain a Master’s of Science in Manufacturing Quality and Leadership from Tarleton State University in December 2011.

Marcus Wilson is a Java software developer for Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company in Abilene, Texas. He has a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Baylor University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in information systems.

Marcus enjoys playing bass guitar in his free time. He is also interested in photography, and he enjoys cycling and playing ultimate Frisbee and racquetball.

Juan M. Hernandez is a General Manager for a Wireless Retail Store in Rio Grande City, Texas. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technology from South Texas College and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in information systems.

Juan enjoys playing guitar in his free time. He is main interest is Graphic Design, and he enjoys the outdoors ( Hunting and fishing).

    Butler’s Information Resources department played a major role in establishing the new VoIP system at Butler University. The IS department began this entire project by first researching the current system at Butler and identifying what they currently had, and what they needed.
