Yes. I received a referral from neurology for a 42 y/o female who was diagnosed with a possible stroke. I performed my chart reviews and read the neuro-radiologist report. Interestingly, the report of the head CT scan was negative for stroke. I went to see the patient and performed my examination. She has spasticity on left upper and lower extremities and unable to move her left side. Reflexes were normal; Her speech is normal but noted to be intentionally slow.
