New Tech Collaboration Rubric Summary

The Department of Labor video and the New Tech Collaboration Rubric do not have many similarities when working independently than as a group. In the Department of Labor video the people talk more about how the individuelle work is done and good skills to have while doing so. While in the Collaboration Rubric it talks more about how the work gets done but within a group environment. Even though they have some difference, they also have some similar content, and that is some not all. In the Department of Labor Ramon teaches Jason about professionalism and how important these skills are for the work force. In the Collaboration Rubric however they talk about how professionalism works in a group environment. In the video Ramon Teaches Jason how to go above and beyond, for example when he was fixing the shelfs. Jason only fixed the ones he was told to fix, but Ramon said if he saw that the other shelves were not fixed why didn't he do so. In the Rubric they do not talk about going above and beyond when in a group because in some situations that is not the best choice. Sometimes when you do the most work you end up disappointed at your results.
The Rubric describes how leadership will be shown within organization and thoughtfully diving the work evenly, in the video it does not say anything about diving the work evenly with your teammates or employee. One of the descriptions on the rubric is how when the team member doesn't get the work done they have a chance to get it in, in the video however since it’s at a job if you do not get the work done then that’s all. Another difference is how they both approche “help” in different ways. In the video they help each other by giving advice on the improving of skills and in the rubric the group helps each other by helping each other with their
