The world is changing constantly especially businesses. Every year new tools for communications are appearing. Companies change their way to communicate with their partners, employees, suppliers etc. They need to improve continually their tools. Thanks to social media for example the distance is no longer important or a problem because it allows people to communicate all over the world using simply a computer. How we can define business communication? This term can be defined as the contact between the people in an organization for the purpose of carrying, transmitting out the business activities. Communication is used to different purpose it can be promoting a product or services as well as transmit information within a company. New communication tools are present internally within the company but also externally. Digitalization has been inserted progressively in business, notably through new means of communication.

Wikis used by 40percent of firms, they are websites whose content is editable by users and validated by a dedicated team. They take their name from the most famous of them: Wikipedia. Very effective tool, companies can create their “wiki” for free. Updated constantly, they are tools as used internally reserved for experts wishing to create information for the company but they are also used externally to provide information on the company. In 2010, they were used by 27% of companies.
Blogs: Used by 39% of businesses, blogs grow more and more internally. They are a very effective tool and create a sort of Brand Content around the brand. Collaborators for other
