It is located in the Back Bay area of Boston, Massachusetts. It runs roughly east- west, from the Boston Public Garden to Massachusetts Ave.
Newbury Street's name celebrates the victory of the Puritans in the 1643 Battle of Newbury in the English Civil War. I went to Newbury Street and I think the best street is Newbury they have a lot of shopping, and many restaurants, and many beautiful building and old building in this Newbury , the old building are stunning and very well cared for the building. When I walked in Newbury I saw different kinds of shops and I went to Italian restaurant the name is Papa Razzi it was the best Italian restaurant, it was the best pasta I eat in my life.

    Indiana University (IU) Health Paoli Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital in southern Indiana. IU Health Paoli serves a rural population and offers obstetrical (OB) services. The OB department offers an individualized family centered birthing setting. The hospital delivers around 130 babies annually. The mission of the OB department is to offer a personalized compassionate delivery of care and provide a quality outcome for mother and newborn. The staff on OB is all registered nurses (RN), certified in in-patient obstetrics and electronic fetal monitoring. All 14 staff members are neonatal resuscitation and advanced cardiac life support providers. 2 of the 14 RN’s are internationally board certified lactation consultants and have an 83% breastfeeding rate at discharge. Labor support offered is hydrotherapy, birthing ball, epidural and they also offer vaginal birth after cesarean. Six family practice physicians offer obstetrical services at the hospital and three of the physicians offer cesarean section services. The 2012 Annual statistics for the OB department reflected a primary cesarean rate of only 13% and no early elective deliveries prior to 39 weeks gestation. All RN’s and physicians are focused on quality, compassionate care and outcomes. All standards of care and core measures for OB care of followed and implemented to the fullest degree. The OB Nurse Director is very passionate about quality outcomes and staying patient centered with the delivery of care, decisions and policies. A special quality that all nurse’s and physicians possess on this unit is each patient, birth is a miracle.     One of the strengths of Wal Mart is that the customers are loyal. This is because the company provide good customer service for its customers. This company has analysed the customers and divided them into groups which are loyalists, selective, and sceptics. Therefore, the company has come up with the idea 5 point plan in order to convert the selective and sceptics into loyalists and also ‘to drive deeper loyalty’ over for a long term with the company. The first 5-point plan is the company is leveraging their supply chain skills to decrease the prices of expensive organic goods shoppers that were purchasing in other stores to 10percent. Next, Wal Mart is developing to the ever-changing demographics of shoppers as their needs for variety of products. Currently, the company has identified 350 of its stores that believe able to expand their offering and the way they conduct to engage a larger portion of the Hispanic market. Lastly, to attract attention from younger shoppers, the company plans to further develop the policies for eco-friendly.
