The size of this bag is perfect for my client, also it can be held as both a side bag and a hand bag, which were both my clients’ first choices. Also the bag is very interesting, simple and appealing, as it only contains two simple colours, but also has badges to make it look punky. Also this bag contains secret pockets both inside and outside the bag to keep the very important personal belongings, such as, money, mobile phones, etc. I believe that as long as a add a bit more components to this bag, it would be the perfect bag.…

In recent years, majorities of people across the world consider ‘fashion’ as a status symbol and see it as a sign of growth and prosperity. Fashion is a general term for a popular style or practice, especially in clothing, footwear, accessories, make-up etc. The word ‘Fashion’ refers to a distinctive; however, often-habitual trend in a look and dress up of a person, as well as to prevailing styles in behavior. Generally speaking, it is the latest creations made by designers and is bought and used by only a limited number of people immediately after its launch. However, often those fashions are translated into more established trends. Technically speaking, the term, ‘costume,’ has become so linked in the public eye with the term "fashion" that the more general term "costume" has in popular use mostly been relegated to special senses like fancy dress or masquerade wear, while the term "fashion" means clothing generally, and the study of it. For a broad cross-cultural look at clothing and its place in modern society, refer to the entries for clothing, costume and fabrics. Moreover, fashion icons and fashion leaders are closely related to the huge crowds who like fashion and followed fashion. This project work tries to highlight and analyze the differences between the identity and transmission route of China and Britain's fashion icon and fashion leader. The idea of this project…

Although Harrington Collection’s market research conveyed that less than 2% of respondents believed this would occur. Thus, in order for Vigor’s expansion to be successful, they must continue to underpin the core values of their brand and provide customers with a consistent and reliable experience in relation with previous products. In the past Harrington Collection has been well known for its top in-house design staff, extensive national advertising campaigns, and its exceptional quality and styling. Therefore the quality of the new collection must be synonymous with the rest of the Vigor products. In turn it is important that Harrington Collection continues to in-house produce as superior quality is one of their competitive advantages and furthermore this allows the company to have adequate control over quality. This is an imperative factor, because if an unacceptable piece of clothing made it out into the public the ramifications would be irreparable to the Harrington Collection’s brand name and value. Lastly, it is important to have fast turn around time within the fashion industry due to the constant changes in demand for particular designs and…

(Choose a garment, which can be used to discuss fashion from the point of view of the consumer. This garment must be able to demonstrate how the consumer individually constructs their identity and conveys that identity through the style and styling of clothing. You should treat this garment as an object as a form of evidence, which can help you to explain theories of fashion discussed in the sessions. The intention of your analysis is to examine the ways in which we can ‘read’ objects and images, understand their meanings and explain them in the context of broader theoretical and social concerns. You should aim to be as analytical as possible. You may want to use further objects or garments or examples within your presentation to help to explain your ideas though only 1 object should be your main focus. You can either use the actual object or use images and films to analyse and discuss your findings. Therefore your essay should be supported by ideas from readings and books as well as the objects and images themselves.)…

(Tesseras : 2010) states; “textile waste at council tips now accounts for 30 per cent, compared to just seven per cent five years ago.” The thrill of watching each season’s runway shows, to the pressure of ‘joining in’ and following the trends, (Fig 2) fast fashion promotes mass production and waste.…

I am interested in the fashion branch, especially to work with textile and making forms on the human body. However, I am even more attracted to the more timeless branch to textiles. The fast production and the “no-time to waste because then this fashion is out”, what is made by the big fashion concerns is what i do not like in fashion. This does not correspond with the current trend of a sustainable world. I think the focus is fashion should be on protection, functionality, sustainability, quality and advanced capability of cloths.…
