Title:The gummi bears Experiment
Question : Will gummi bears lose weight in acidic water?
Hypothesis : I think that gummy bears will not lose weight in acidic water.
Materials: 9 gummi bears acidic water 3 cups timer water scale
Procedure: 1. Im gonna get 3 cups and fill one with 40 ml of water, one with 40 ml acidic water and one with 20 ml of acidic water and 20 ml with water. 2. Next I'm gonna record the weight of each gummy bear. 3. Then I’m gonna put in each cup 1 gummy bear and start the time. 4. I'm gonna wait 5 minutes and record the weight again of each gummy bear. 5. im gonna do the same thing 3 times. 6. i'm gonna write the weight of gummy bear each time im recording eat before and after.
Manipulated variable: The weight of gummy bear.
Responding variable: Time, Gummy bear.
Controlled variables: Water, The amount of gummy bears.
Analysis/Conclusion:
My hypothesis was right because the gummy bears didn't lose any weight. They got mu ch bigger and weight more than they were before experiment.The one that got more bigger is the one that was in 20 ml acidic water and 20 ml water.Title:The gummi bears Experiment
