Nintendo has a rapid expansion of the brand in the late 1980s and early 1990s, when Nintendo enjoyed a near monopoly in console gaming worldwide. But in the mid-1990’s Sony with its play station and Microsoft with Xbox are introduced. Nintendo then made a number of serious errors that saw its market share drop off sharply against competitors. Advantages:
Nintendo developed products which satisfy customer needs exactly by observing market and completing lacks of competitors’ products.
Disadvantages:
