Question is if theres no space and the dog is locked in place on a leash, how is that healthy for them ? In NYC when dogs with allow without leash reports found that dog attachs went from 40,000 a year to 4,000 which is an amazing decrease in dog bites and attachs.
Myself personally i would love to see alot of people out getting more active and allowing there animals to get out and exercise and assoctiate with people and other animals. Last, A dog park would decrease the amount of dogs hit by cars and on coming traffic majorly. People tend to allow there dogs without leash for a few moments and a dog will tend to wonder and that is how alot of times are animal would get hit by cars or come up missing and to me its not worth it especially when your animals become family to you. I hope i have given enough examples and reasoning to allow people to think more calmly upon the idea that a dog park is community
