Client has poor socialization skills for the fact that she isolates from peers at school. She express anger in an aggressive manner. Lack behavioral manner and exhibit signs of depression. Lacks honesty and expressed feelings in an unhealthy way. Family dysfunction negatively affecting client.

She is displaying signs of depression, lack of parental support and guidance. The CGAS assessment rate indicated variable functioning with sporadic difficulties. This also showed that client’s disturbance is related her family current dysfunctional settings. This dysfunction is affecting client’ general state of functioning including her school performance.
