Client has poor socialization skills for the fact that she isolates from peers at school. She express anger in an aggressive manner. Lack behavioral manner and exhibit signs of depression. Lacks honesty and expressed feelings in an unhealthy way. Family dysfunction negatively affecting client.

She is displaying signs of depression, lack of parental support and guidance. The CGAS assessment rate indicated variable functioning with sporadic difficulties. This also showed that client’s disturbance is related her family current dysfunctional settings. This dysfunction is affecting client’ general state of functioning including her school performance. Noelie resides with her biological parents from Mexico. She is close to her mother as she explained how distant she started feeling from her father lately. The client’s family is Christian precisely catholic. Noelie’ family dysfunction is negatively affecting her and family structure plays an important role in Hispanics families. “Hispanics adolescents sees their parents as important sources of general support as parental support is a key aspect of parental involvement in relation to adolescent’ academic achievement” (Henry, Plunkett & Sands, 2011, p.372) .
