This comes from fruits and vegetables having low glycemic levels and high fibers. The study with Korea’s diet and a vegan lifestyle shows that there was a .5 percent greater chance of Korea’s participants getting type 2 diabetes (Norris). Natural resources are all around healthier for the body. Cutting out the fats, gelatin and high glycemic content foods help the body fight off certain things. All vegan studies have been successful in reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes in all genders and ages.
