Being human came with its…difficulties.

Sure, he liked eating food, and he liked trying new experiences but this experience had not been on his to-do list.

Castiel had heard about this facet of human life, he knew about sex, he knew about procreation, but pleasuring one’s self had never seemed very practical. There were a lot of human things that Castiel found he didn’t like, even though he thought he would like…so he was pleasantly surprised when he realized he had been wrong about masturbation all along.

The way his body felt as he slid his hand up and down his hardened cock, the way his heart beat quickened with each pump of his wrist, and how he could not keep the soft moans and whimpers from escaping his throat. The closer he came to orgasm, the more his body tightened and coiled; he would dig divots into the mattress with his toes as they curled, and a bead of sweat would trickle down his ribcage as he pumped his wrist faster.

His breath would come in quick, short gasps, and his eyes would flutter desperately as he brought himself closer to climax. Sometimes, he liked to power through the experience, making himself come quickly…and then there were other times when he would rub his hands all over his body, pretending they were Dean’s, moaning and begging please for release, teasing the sensitive head until a bead of pearly white would appear on his palm.

Heat would pool in his stomach and then the overwhelming desire to pump his hips would drive him close to the edge of the bed, as finally release came, and he made a sticky mess on his hands and stomach. He tried to be quiet, but he was never good at silencing himself.

He had no idea that Dean was listening on the other side of the door. mous → pssst can you write casturbation? :D

II. Analyzing: In this poem Olds does a great job painting a visual picture in the readers mind. “We are also in our/bed, fitted naked closely/ along each other¸half passed out/ after love, drifting back and/ forth across the border of consciousness, our/ bodies buoyant, clasped.” These lines allow the reader to see how much the couple love each other, and the enjoyment they have together. The imagery in these lines is so amazingly written and described.…

He thought that the drives and urges within the unconscious was a component in our behavior today. He believed that there were four developmental stages in life that we went through but sometimes became fixated on one, the Oral, Anal, Penial and Genital stages of life. He also believed that there was a constant inner struggle for balance between the Id, Ego, and Superego. The Id is our child within that operates on the pleasure principle. The Ego is our reality principle, and the Superego is like the nagging parent keeping us out of trouble or our morality.…

Lewd. Repugnant. Obscene. Those words are commonly associated with human sexuality, especially in modern society. Any utterance of copulation, genitals, or even sexual health, can be seen as crude or perverted. Most, if not all, parents have to face intense awkwardness when explaining the concept of reproduction to their children; the media often has to euphemize topics of sexuality in order to keep broadcasts either “professional-looking” or “family-friendly. For many centuries, human sexuality has been a topic of disapproval and has been a topic of very little discussion. This attitude towards sexuality may seem normal to those who reside in modern society, but for an inhabitant during the era of “The Epic Of Gilgamesh”, our view on sexuality…

No play without a script is visualizing sexual behavior as scripted behavior instead of a primordial drive. Individuals can learn can learn sexual behavior as he or she learns other behavior, through scripts give the self, other persons, situations erotic abilities or content (Psychosexual Development, pg. 61). This is where foreplay comes in action. Foreplay can be defined as merely progressive physical excitement generated by touching naturally erogenous zones. Authors have referred to this conception elsewhere as the “rubbing of two sticks together to make a fire” model (Psychosexual Development, pg. 61). It is valuable to think of this activity as the body being eroticized through mute, inarticulate motions and gestures translated into a sociosexual drama. Psychosexual development is universal, but it comes in many forms and paces. Different cultures construct scripts differently, and in our society different segments of the population act different psychosexual drama.…

Staccato is another technique used in the novel. For example “There is no engine. There’s no tick-tock of the blinker, no voice of thee customer, and no sizzle of the traffic. Only hearts. In my pocket. In my ears. In my pants. On my skin. On my breath. They’re in the inside of the inside of me.” This engages the reader and forces them to feel the emotions and overwhelm them. The author has used this to position the audience into the way Ed feels about hearts. It is also rhythmic, which is to the beating of a heart making the reader feel the heart beating within them. This changes you point of view towards Ed because you start to realise that Ed isn’t always brave and heroic, but instead…
