North by Northwest is proud of the merchandise it sells. Our return policy is as follows, PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. Refund or exchanges will be offered on goods returned in original condition, within 14 days, with receipt.

ALL OTHER COURIER METHODS ARE UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL BE REFUSED.
RETURN VIA GROUND SERVICE ONLY.
DO NOT USE ANY EXPRESS SERVICES OFFERED BY CANADA POST OR THE US POSTAL SERVICE.
INSURE YOUR PARCEL APPROPRIATELY.

At the manufacturers discretion, we will either: REPAIR REPLACE or CREDIT YOUR PURCHASE.
