Literature and the Individual in Early Modern Masterpieces: A unique/classy individual that was also blessed with a artistic gift to write many different types of literature that came in all types of languages that touched a huge groups of people with different backgrounds was the man we call John Milton. John Milton had a major impact not just in life but mainly he (John Milton) had a impact on the English language, this was because of all of the hard work and effort in the English dialect that Milton carried. A very devout protestant who showed no fear of showing the world and everyone around him just how much he was dedicated to what he (Milton) believed when it came to his (Milton) civil rights as well as his religion, he (Milton) did this even if he had to cast or show the world a different way of viewing religion all together. But here in the society that we live in today many can believe that Milton changed the language of English and it helped benefit the culture of America from the past up until the present. John Milton always carried a flawless response when it would come to earlier writers would write in regards to Milton’s political beliefs and religious beliefs. Now John Milton was an extremely educated person just not in one subject, but all subjects that would include things like philosophy (the study of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence, esp. when considered as an academic discipline), theology (the study of the nature of God and religious belief), and mathematics. This would give Milton the great opportunity to come across and meet writers like Galileo who were great renaissance writers. Milton soon would take on a great sacrifice that would be sitting his great writings aside and pick up a real job to work full-time so he would be able to put the work in shooting for the Puritan Reformation.
