CLC Group Values (What do we need to do to ensure our team’s success?)
What each team member agrees to do
Why this is important to the team
Check into the CLC regularly to review progress on the assignment
Communicating with everyone on the red team is crucial in order for everyone to be on the same page. We all will make changes or last minute decisions and it’s important to stay in contact and current with these changes.
Contribute ideas and feedback to the group from initial discussions throughout project completion
Communicating with the group with feedback and/or ideas allows the topic to be thoroughly discussed. This in turn allows us all to complete the project.
Communicate with all CLC members as soon as a problem or issue arises
Successful teamwork requires keeping other members informed of problems and issues as they arise. This prevents frustration, minimize delays, and facilitate solutions.
Maintain respectful communications with all team members
The team needs to have respect for each team member and their ideas to work efficiently.
Complete assigned tasks by the deadlines set by the CLC members
Meeting assigned deadlines minimizes delays and problems, keeps us organized, and allows for revisions and corrections.
Take a leadership role in CLC assignments
It is very important for every member to have a sense of leadership with
