A command prompt, also known as cmd.exe, is an entry point for typing computer commands in the command prompt window. Through this, we can perform tasks on our computer without using the Windows graphical interface. If this cmd.exe gets infected, then there might be appearing problem after new installation of an OS or external hard drive may show error message or after booting up the system, we may get error message from the command prompt.
