Nt1310 Unit 1 Assignment 1 Answer Key
Sirens are going off in my head. I have fifteen minutes remaining on the calculus test and I still have over twenty-five questions. Most of the questions are not really hard, just tedious and take forever to complete. I need to calm down and pick up my pace so that I can finish all the questions on time. Half of the questions I can do in my head while the other half I will hurry and write the equations out to get the answers. There are ten minutes left and I only did five problems, I'm moving way too slow to finish on time. But it's ok because the next eight questions are really simple and I knock them out fast. The next few take a little while longer because I have to write it out. Finally, it's the last three questions and I still have 5 minutes left. Whew, I feel very confident that I aced the test and I ended up doing just that. My mathematical skills have helped me once again to pass another test with flying colors. My math capabilities have …show more content…
When I go to the grocery store, I like to count up all the grocery prices in my head to find out the total amount before the cashier rings up everything. Sometimes I can get the exact price out in my head down to the cents, even after tax. However, every now and then, I am off just a little bit. Even if you do not like math, you are still are going to have to use it one way or another. Some jobs require these skills and just by excelling in math, you could earn extra money. With my math abilities, I want to get a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering then get a career in the field of computer software, computer programming, or maybe cyber security. All of these careers will involve math on some type of level and are all great careers to have. I want to use my talent to affect as many people I can in a positive way, and create products that will make people around the world lives much safer and easier than it was

The genome4u is a scientific study project at a large university that is intended to provide an order of the genomes of a hundred thousand volunteers. This genome lab setup has various amounts of routing protocols, in which the task would be getting the protocols interlinked so that design can be changed. The different Cisco switches represent the various VLANs that can be configured for the different project teams in the lab (Oppenheimer, 2005). Router-EIGRPs are the internal routers of the research lab network. Router-EIGRP/OSPFs and Router-EIGRP/RIPs are the routers that are at the Fundraising office interface and the Biology lab interface respectively. The file servers are where the volunteer’s data files will be stored. The design will now spread apart similar data to travel across it from different internet connections.…

The purpose of the first application is to demonstrate that you can control many things from a distance instead of being at the actual location of the object. You can do this from a different location using the internet or onsite using the Local Area Network. This is done by connecting the object be it a nuclear power plant or a simple light bulb to a computer. Via the internet this can then be controlled from a far location. The equipment we used to perform this demonstration are a light, bell, relay, Data Acquisition device, and a computer that has the correct software installed. The local area network we set up on the main computer (the server) would bridge the way for operating the object from a distant location using the internet. We showed this by turning a light and a bell on and off using the computer directly connected to them (the server) and from another computer using the Internet.…

I took the skin-tone IAT and my data suggested a strong automatic preference for light skin compared to dark skin. I knew that I may or may not have agreed with some parts of the test results; however, I strongly disagree with the results that I actually did receive. The way that the test switches the sides in which the categories are populate, was really confusing. I do not believe that it was because there were light skinned people on one side and dark skinned people on the other, I believe it was confusing when the images shown on the opposite sides of the screen. I feel that if it were any other images, I would have still been just as confused, but because the images that were switched were of people, my data suggests that I have a stronger…
