In this era of advanced technology, Google is far and away the most successful search engine in the whole wide world. In fact it dominates its industry like no other companies can (Wesearchsg.org, 2009). Google’s mission is to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and profitable (Google.com, n.d.). Google is well known as it can bring conveniences to the people around the globe. Google’s success is cause by prioritizing their customers, providing the no.1 search engine and unleashing its employee passion. Besides that, Google’s success has also brought effects such as the company being able to give back to the society by being environmental friendly and taking care the welfare of the community.

The reason why Google is so successful is because they focuses on providing the best user experience possible since the beginning of their business venture. In other words, they prioritize their customers. For example, whenever Google design a new Internet browser or a new design of the homepage, they assure that they will only serve their customer rather than their own goals or bottom line. Furthermore, when Google builds a new utilities and applications, they want it to work so well that their customers doesn’t have to reconsider how they might have been made differently. Google Company strongly believes that ‘Focus on the user and all else will follow (Google.com, n.d.). According to Panos Mourdoukoutas, “Google is a customer oriented company. Its innovation process starts and ends with the users” (Mourdoukoutas, 2011). Due to customer’s satisfaction, Google have a large amount of loyal customers.

On the other hand, the reason for Google 's success is that they equip the best search engine for their customers, which creates conveniences to people around the world. It has always been their aim and it is something that Google Company is always trying to do. They always update their search engine to ensure that
