Some things that made me interested about this career. That something is not the money, even though the starting salary is $18.75 per hour/ $41000 annual, but the way the nurses corporate and help with the illness patients. I also like the way that LPNs just don't work at nursing homes, they also work in Hospitals, Doctor Offices, Medical Offices, and Home Health Care. LPNs are able to choose their work schedules which meet their needs, so you have time for your family and kids. My grandmother was also an LPN, she was my role at that time when I was young, so I always wanted to follow in her footsteps and that's another thing that made me interested in this career.

I plan to go to Ogeechee Tech to be LPN. there are many colleges and technical colleges in Georgia that offer this major some colleges are East Georgia State College, Georgia Southern University, Southeastern Tech and many more. The requirements to get into Ogeechee Tech is that you got to have a High School Diploma, an accredited GPA from your high school, you either have to take the SAT, ACT or the Compass Test, SAT scores must be at least a 430 Verbal/Critical Reading and a 400 Math on the ACT scores must at least a 18 Verbal and 16
