She sees a counselor at CenterStone once a month to address her mental health issues. She is a loving and sweet little girl. When Reshelle misbehaves her punishments are time out or loss of privileges. Reshelle does not need a child care provider. She is always with Donna , due to her being on disability. Reshelle understands the meaning of her adoption. Donna has gone into detail and has discussed her adoption with her. She is in agreement with her maternal grandparent adopting her.
