Nursing Home Task Group Analysis

I work in a nursing home as part of a Care Plan team, which is a task group. Members of this group include activities, dietary, nursing, social services, treatment nurse, therapy, resident and family member. Meetings are held in the conference room around a large table, and problem-solving is the approach used.
This resident had delusions, and the family was contacted to discuss treatment options. Every department present spoke on the resident’s activity level or progress.
