The author will discussed nursing leadership, nursing management with relevant theories relating to managing and coordinating patients care and nursing teams. In this essay, an incident in the clinical practice is analysed and evaluated using six Cs, exploring essential skills required, discussion leadership and management styles in action and consequential outcome on patients’ health and experience.
