Do you ever find it hard to figure out where they are hiring ? or finding a job that suits your needs? if you answered “yes” to either of these questions, there is a skill called “networking”. So, you must now be asking yourself what is networking? As it states in a website called definitions.net, networking means “To take steps to make and cultivate the acquaintance of people who can be helpful to oneself, especially in finding new employment, advancing to a higher position in one's occupation, or exchanging information.” (GCIDE,5). This skill can be a very easy way to find a job, networking can be done either by face to face, gatherings, or contact methods such as email, phone, social and/or business networking websites. The gatherings can take place at a bar, restaurant, club or even the library. This is not a way to meet a new friend or a mate.
