Nursing Practice Council Observation
My observations of the Nursing Practice Council presented on October 11th by different nurses at the Florida Hospital in Celebration, is that the Council seeks to empower nurses, and make them more stronger and confident in their ability to make changes. The council lasted 60 minutes, and the chairperson started the Council announcing all of the topics of the agenda for the night.

The first topic was in regards of patient satisfaction, and nursing communication. It was discuss how patient satisfaction scores went up on the subject of nursing communication. The presenter, stressed the importance of effective communication with patients, and how communication is also related with patient outcomes. Then a bullet presentation about hourly rounding
