Nursultan Nazarbayev And Najib Razak
Abstract

Since ancient times, the ability to lead people is considered as the strongest quality and an undeniable advantage of successful person. If we look back at history, we can notice that all heads of states, the hetman and different leaders had this quality. Moreover, a public gave preference to leaders who are brave, who are not afraid to lead people, to declare war against another state, to take responsibilities in making important decisions for the country. People had a clear generated picture of the leader, they needed a person who is able to take care of them and protect them from danger. A person, who did not have leadership qualities, had no chance to become the ruler. Before we consider the basic qualities of a leader we should understand who is a leader. The leader is a person with clearly defined objectives and principles. Leader is not afraid of danger, he is always ready to take responsibilities for his own actions. Responsibility is a very important quality for a leader. If people, who trust their leader, will find out that their leader is not ready to take responsibilities for his actions, they will feel very insecure and immediately will re-elect another leader. Nowadays, the concept of leadership is applicable almost everywhere - in families, in companies, in politics. In the latter case, the leader has a clear position, referred to as a "president." If you draw a parallel with the history, the role of the president is very similar to the role of leader. Relationships between different countries depend on President’s actions, their political and economic cooperation, so the president must be a leader of the country, the guarantor of the constitution.
That is why in my report, I decided to take good examples of these two leaders: the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and the Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Razak

Selecting a good leader for a country is like dominoes. The leader needs to be somebody that won't make the occasional mistake that would, in dominoes, hit one of the others and make them all fall down. If the leader does their job correctly, the country will be strong. A good leader must be able to make his own decisions because if he cannot, he will be considered a weak leader. A country's leader must be able to communicate with the people as well because if he gets the people of the country to listen, then his job would be much easier. Also, if the leader were noble to his countrymen, then there would not be any disputes within the country. In Julius Caesar, Mark Antony is a perfect example of a good leader. Not only is he a confident and noble person, he is also persuasive and that helps in becoming a good leader. Antony would be a good leader of Rome because he is confident, noble, and persuasive. He never changes his mind when he makes a decision and that is good in a leader.…

Leaders have to be honest and cannot be bias because a good leader always tells the truth and does what he or she thinks would be the honest decision. A successful leader has to be determined, they have to set out to accomplish a goal and not give up no matter what obstacles may be waiting. Loyalty is another key point to being a superior leader; a leader has to be loyal to his or her country. Beyond those a leader must be caring, motivational and supportive. Webster’s dictionary 11th ed. Defines a leader as “1: something that leads 2: a person who leads: as a: guide b(1) a person who directs a military force or unit (2) a person who has commanding authority of influence…” This definition sets a firm ground from which we can ask the question what makes a good or even great leader? From a biological and anthropological stand point the answer is simple: All social creatures seek the strongest possible leader. That may be a no brain-er statement however it brings up the secondary question of what is a strong leader? It is hard wired into our genetic makeup to seek out a leader that is dominant, commands respect, and can provide adequate food, shelter, and safety to those…
