Parotid salivary gland: It is located by the pharynx and on the cheek. I will remember this because the parotid salivary gland has the key word saliva which is in the mouth.
Pharynx: Located in the neck; and, I will remember where the pharynx is located because it starts with the letter P which is right across from the parotid salivary gland on the picture.
Esophagus: Located in the middle of the body and it is a long tube. I will remember where the esophagus is located because it connects the mouth to the stomach.
Stomach: It is located between the esophagus and the pancreas. I will remember where the stomach is located because it is right above the Pancreas and it is shaped like a bean.
Pancreas: Located underneath the stomach and I will remember this because it’s smaller than the stomach and it is above the transverse colon.
Transverse colon: Located around the stomach and it is very close to the liver. I will remember where this is located because it is the biggest digestive part that is on the picture.
Descending colon: It is located on the left side of the body, after the transverse colon and I will remember this because it is right underneath the transverse colon.
Rectum: The rectum is located right above the anal canal and this will be easy to remember because they are located right across from each other on the picture.
Appendix: Located on the lower right side of the stomach, below the rectum. I will remember where it is located because it also looks like a small tube.
Liver: The liver is located right by the pancreas and it is very easy to remember because it is so large.
Gallbladder: It is located right underneath the liver and I will be able to remember where it is located very easily because it is very small.
Small intestine: Located in the lower abdomen and the way I will remember where the small intestine is located is because the transverse and descending colon are around it.
Ascending colon: Located by the small
