Nuture vs Nature
Post a 200- to 300-word response explaining the concepts behind the Pro-nature and Pro-nurture perspectives. Consider the following questions: o Why is it flawed to ask how much of a particular behavior is due to genetics and how much is due to experience? o Why is it appropriate to separate the contributions of genetics and experience when measuring the development of differences among individuals?
Nurture which is saying that a child's personality will form based on how they were raised and their experiences in life. Nature is the theory that each person will grow up to have their same personality no matter what situations they're put in. Two different beliefs but, it has always puzzled psychologist which one of these beliefs has more truth to it than the other. It is flawed to ask how much of a part behavior is due to genetics and how much is due to experience because different accepts of our lives makes us who we are. Things from our past, and in some forms from genetics will determine how certain situations are handled. Just because someones parents are are a certain way does not not mean you are going to be born with the same genetics. Such as anger problems, addictions, or personality wise.
