Flowing orders in today’s ARMY is key to making it last. When orders are not followed it leads to chaos and undisciplined soldiers, the lack of following orders only shows to the outside world that the ARMY as a whole cannot operate as one. There are 3 main topics on why it is very important to follow orders in the army. 1. The act of not following orders could result in injury or death, getting into trouble and eventually getting kicked out of the ARMY, 2. obeying orders will help u stay focused, and 3. It makes you more of a team member.
The act of not following orders could result in injury or death, getting into trouble and eventually getting kicked out of the ARMY. In war time or even in garrison orders
need to be taken seriously. From something simple like getting a haircut to wearing your kpod in the motor pool. Orders are put out for a reason. For example wearing your kpod while on top of a STRYKER. The order was put out cause if someone were to fall off of one without wearing one it could lead to injury or death, causing people higher up in the chain to get fired. In today’s army we are now over strength. So people that are getting into trouble and not following orders are slowly getting kicked out of the military. So if you plan on keeping your job with the military then it is very important that you follow orders. If you do not follow orders it will first start with getting in trouble and then after you get in trouble for the same thing over and over again you will get kicked out. To eliminate all possibilities of getting kicked out is to just follow orders.
Believe it or not, but obeying orders will help you stay focused. When orders are passed down the chain of command it relives some of the stress on soldiers. Orders keep you focused on the job, and only the job. When orders are put out it helps the job go smoother allowing people to do their job to the best of their ability, without thinking they are going to get yelled at or into trouble because they didn’t have their eye pro or extra piece of equipment that no one talked about. Orders eliminates all the confusion in what is going on, and disobeying them not only causes stress on the soldiers but also on the NCO’s going up the chain of command
Following orders makes you more of a team member. When soldiers follow orders they work as one, making it easier to work together and get the job done. However when that one person does not follow orders and decides to do his own thing, it causes the job to go up in chaos, and in the long run could cause people to get hurt and even death.
It is very important to obey and follow orders given to you from any rank higher then yourself. Not obeying such orders can lead to three things. 1. The act of not following orders could result in injury or death, getting into trouble and eventually getting kicked out of the ARMY, 2. Obeying orders will help u stay focused, and 3. It makes you more of a team member. Following orders is very important doing this will cause the army to work as a whole and to keep you from getting kicked out from the military.
