1.4 Objective of the study 1.4.1 General objective To develop an Automated Inventory Systems that allows RAB Telecom employees to input their inventory and track the products that are delivered and sold. Can also be used to access and organize data in a quick and efficient manner.

1.4.2 Specific objective To provide a computerized system that can add, edit, save, delete, search, and update files. Help control the inflow and out flow of the company products. It will also help to determine the profit and loss of the company.

Make it easier to track down the purchases, expenses and inventory record

Eliminate redundant and inconsistent data
1.3 Statement of the problem 1.3.1 General problem RAB Telecom handles and keeps records of their product inventories using old and traditional manual system. Processes and activities are quite tedious to perform. Record-keeping is poor and prone to errors.

1.3.2 Specific problem The study aims to answer problems faced by the personnel of RAB Telecom that needs immediate solutions. Specifically, the study encountered the following related problems.
1. Data inconsistencies due to manual writing of record.
2. Problem in searching records manually
3. Transactions consume more time.
4. Insufficient security of backups.
