Documented witness report as follows by PSW, "I was walking on C Hall corridor glanced in to room 14 and seen KM (staff) trying to remove Ken form the far bed in the room.
LF was yelling at staff and Ken I went into the room and went to help staff remove Ken from the bed. As I was coming in the room, Lawrence picked up his cane and with both hands on the cane, raising it high into the air and using his full ability struck Ken from behind. As he went to strike again I grabbed the cane from Lawrence to stop
him."
