Disappointment marked his life since his childhood and consistent failure in his earlier life led him to become a cruel ruler. Adolf Hitler was a dictator of Germany and he focused his hatred in the Jewish community. He manipulated the Germans by promising them protection and firm leadership. In the book, “Lord of the Flies”, by William Golding, the character Jack Merridew represents Adolf Hitler and his actions. They are both cruel and are eager to get power at any extent. They maintained power and control by using cruel methods and punishing people. Hitler killed millions of Jews and non-Germans and his opponents, and Jack punished whoever disobeyed in his tribe and tried to get rid of anyone that might be a threat like Ralph. Both Hitler’s and Ralph’s continuous failure made their anger grow and caused them to reach a point where there was no humanity left in them.…

The problems arose when I opened the cases and found empty boxes inside. According to my company’s and the driver’s accounting system, all items were received. I, along with many other managers, complained to our home office because our jobs depended on our loss prevention numbers. The store managers were held accountable for missing inventory at the end of the year. Around year six, the company provided the managers with their own scanner. This enabled us not only to electronically count the cases, but also to scan the contents. This new accounting system helped to keep our inventory counts accurate and hold the drivers accountable for financial loses. It did take longer to receive inventory but, the feeling of job security was well worth the effort. It is easier to achieve your work goals when you do not have stress over things that are out of your control.…

    3. Background: The previous SSA Tech, CW4 Primasing, was the original supervisor and helped established the OCIE warehouse here in 5th SFG (A). He, as the accountable officer had custodial and managerial responsibility that included the receipts, issues, storage, and turn ins of all OCIE items. The system in place called for a different approach as this methodology represented a conflict of interest. The 5th SFG (A) OCIE equipment is now signed for by GSB SPO representative.
