Observational Learning Analysis
The form of learning I selected to discuss is observational learning. I am music producer, but I am always looking to improve my craft and myself. The key word in my last sentence is myself, I strive to improve myself musically and mentally. I like to study different genres to be versatile. Without going into too much detail there are many plugins and outboard gear like compressors that each have different characteristics and duties. Anyhow, I learn best by seeing others do something. Compression tutorials helped me understand the mathematics and science behind basic compression. I tend to be a visual learner at times. How does my musical example relate to observational learning? I watched a professional that had more knowledge than me on compression

In my opinion observation is very effective. An example of the effectiveness of observational learning. Take for instance a child in their early stages of development. A child will learn to talk and walk and even toilet train by seeing and hearing others. When a child reaches toddler stage they begin to mimic people. These observations were made between January 2009 and December 2011. The patients were divided into two separate groups for comparison during the study: patients taking warfarin and patients not treated with any anticoagulants. Shopping malls are overcrowded place with consumers from different ethnic backgrounds visiting to shop and spent some quality time. The consumer of the mall in general consists of single to big families, teenagers and senior citizens. For one particular marketing research, I have decided to take a challenge on creating an observational study for how many consumers enter the mall with own water/soda pop bottle. General idea is not to create different gender, demographic or ethnic group while conducting this study. My observation will be brand specific on the water and soda.…

The definition of observational learning is learning that occurs through observing the behavior of others. This is a form of social learning which takes various forms. A great example would be a child might learn to use profanity, hit, drink, and find other inappropriate behavior that is acceptable through poor modeling. Models are parents, coaches, and teachers that are held in higher regard to the observer. Observational learning is a big part of culture, sports, and our everyday lives. The learning outcome which students seemed to be most successful was learning how to build self-esteem and the mental disorders that can be associated with self-esteem, using communication skills, and the characteristics of mental and emotional health. The outcome was the best as stated before because most of my students scored excellent on this unit test, along with the assignments and activities that were associated with it. Out of the three periods of health taught and of the 86 students, 75 of those students received an A on the unit exam. There were 9 students who received a B and only two students who received a C or lower. Reasons associated with the success of this chapter could be that students were more engaged with the activities…
