Observing In Classroom

Being a part of the SPED community comes with a handful of skills such as, interpersonal skills, patience, and being resourcefulness. Figuring out alternative ways to make our students use their developing minds can be tricky. It is very challenging when you are planning a lesson in where you have four or more types of disabilities to accommodate. Also, the technology that you will use in the classroom, how you will manage your breaks, and how you set up the seating chart since the placement of a student plays a big role in their learning. Students are always aware that they are being watched. Teachers do not do it to find a reason to discipline them, but to use their observance to help student improve. Observing is key to managing a classroom.
