Odysseus The Hero

A hero in definition according to the merriam webster dictionary is: a mythological or legnedary figure often of divine descent endowed with great stenth or ability. To most, and almost all, this would ring true about king odysseus. He was a traveler and conquerer with a great passion, an illustrious warrior. Admired greatly for his achievements and strength. In ancient greece, they believed the gods favored men like odysseus, the heros. One way Odysseus shows he is (NOT in my view) in fact a hero in how he leads his crew to death then becomes the hero. Odysseus had a bad feeling about the cave, therefor; he shouldn't of took his men there. Instead of listening to his gut he allowes his men to be tortured and trapped until they tried
