Research Assignment My trade is office assistants; I pick office assistants/ administrative assistants because I love the things that they do. Office assistants and administrative assistants they answer the telephone, Schedule appointments, and also arrange staff meetings. My research paper is going to be about office assistants and how I can make that a successful career for me in the future.
Did you know that office assistants make up to $37,230 a year? They can get paid up to $17.90 hour or more. Most office assistant’s jobs are secretaries, and there are many different kinds of secretary’s jobs such as Executive secretaries, Legal secretaries, and Medical secretaries and there are more these are the main secretary

Interpersonal skills you have to interact with clients, customers, or staff. You have to interact with people and create a positive work environment and client experience. When it comes to integrity you have to be trusted to handle confidential information. You have to keep your client, or customer information private because it is required by that you keep all your clients information private if not you can end up in prison or jail you may even get sued. Organization skills you have to be able to keep files, folders, and schedules in order so that your office can run efficiently.
In my conclusion office assistants may seem easy, but it’s really not. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to do this trade for a living. But I have decided to dedicate my time as long as takes to use this trade to the fullest. I love this trade no matter the money because that is what most people look at but I love doing it and I can see myself retiring from this career. I would not prefer this trade if you do not already have a passion for doing the things that we do every day. It truly is an amazing career and I hope you have learned about what it takes to work in this
