INTRODUCTION
Features Palawan State University College of Business and Accountancy Official Borrowing Record Program Database is a program that is use to record, store and print information associated for recording purposes. It consist features like creating profile of the borrowers, stores information and makes a hard copy for the records. It includes history of the past transactions in able for the user to look over the general information of the previous borrowers and data about the time and date of dealings. Separates data for the reservations, claiming and returning of borrowed item in order for the operator to distinct the dealings of the person for every category. Records are inscribed. Allows user to easily scan and viewed the data and uses it in special purposes. It organizes the records in appropriate manner that can be easily understand by the user and
