FOUR Elements Travel & Consultancy Co.
I’m Mary Ann Bianzon, a tourism student had completed with total of 300 hours being a Reservation Officer in Four Element Travel and Tours from April 19, 2013 to May 31, 2013
In our first day in Four Elements Travel and Consultancy Co, I feel slightly excited because we learn how travel agency runs and also slightly nervous because we are encounter new people and environment.
During our training I expected that the owners of the company are strict and we are thankful that the operation manager Mr. john Olan are from Lipa City and studied at Lipa City Colleges. Because of this business he is now live in Alabang. Mr. Olan orients us about our 300 hr. training. He discusses his partner how they come up that business. He tells us that other owners can communicate us by phone because they have their own works. And last how to undergo an online booking or in walk – in. and he gave us some example to be more understand. This online booking is very easy than the abacus because in abacus many characters that would you type while in Amadeus you are just click. I learned also how to tie up where you can get a cheap price but they are enjoyed and satisfied. And my best moment when I cried because of mistake in doing the itinerary, it is unforgettable because I learned more from Ms. Mitch who teach us lessons.
Even sometimes it is boring because you are just seat and wait for the customer who calls and email. I know that in the future it more interesting and enjoyable. And I will not
