A civilization that has become far more advanced in comparison to the olmec but still following the guidelines of a “proper civilization” such as having a government system, shelter, means of transportation, etc. Ancient greece was filled with different city-states all being polytheistic worshipping many gods all for different reasons ranging from the God of war to the God of love. Bothe of these civilizations had strong advances as far as becoming advanced societies all of which can be seen through a lot of things such as documentation, remains found through archaeology, and art.

Most of the Olmec art has to do with a deity of higher being and a lot of the deities have to do with the land and nature. They worship corn and water gods, these gods may have some type of features from animals such as jaguars or kamens. A lot of Greek Gods and Goddesses are humanoid for the most part in a lot of statues a god may look like a muscular man but nothing out of the ordinary. These gods may have ties to elements of nature like Poseidon but, that is not in the art as much as it would be with the Olmecs. There would be busts or paintings made, or your family would have statues of gods or higher powers throughout their living space.
