The designed set of rules for the welfare of the society is called as the law. Each country will have its own rules and regulations according to the situation of the state. It is with the law that the society has peace that without the strict rules and policies there can be chaos for the peaceful living in the world (Terrence, 2010). So the government authorities have put forward rules and regulations for the individuals in the society that there will be peace in the world. A particular country's rule will not be same as another that the rules will be designed according to the situation of the place (Edmund, 2011). Sameer has the right to approach the court that he needs to get justice. In Oman filing a case in the court has its own procedure. The complainant Mr. Sameer has to approach the directors of the court before approaching the court. It is through the directorate the court needs to be approached. Before the directorate the case needs it to be mentioned in detail regarding the purchase, payment of the advance and the promise made to pay the balance on 30th and the agreement and the sale of the refrigerator as well. It is the directorate of the court that will take the case before the court with in three days as mentioned by the Oman Labor Law chapter 2, part 7, Article 106. The directorate will present the matter in three days and the court will call the three for hearing of the case. The sale manger, directorate and complainant Mr. Sameer will be invited. It will be in 2 weeks' time from the time of submission of the case in the court. After the court hearing is made if the court feels that some verification is needed then the court will fix a date and it will not be over 1 month for the final verdict. The verdict will be made based on the rational judgment and there will not be any bias or partiality in the case. it is the rules and regulations that are designed by the govern mental authorities that there can be much peace in the society. It is only because that the rules are thus made that there is peace in the society. Through the case study of the Ahmed and Sons the situation proves that cheating in the business that has made the contract is unlawful that there needs to be justice in the business. Only the proper business ethics will take to the long way. It is essential that has to be practiced with the rational ideas that deception can in no way be present in the business. It is such cheating that lead to filing of the cases and the procedures of the court which is entirely a waste of time for the complainant and the business and bad reputation of the business. It is common that there can be Bankruptcy for the business that the court declares the business or any individual as bankrupt that they will not be able to pay the debts and credits for the band and the creditors.
